I finally arrived at my hotel at 4am. My journey went from bad to worse. I was booked on the 6 pm ferry which meant I should have arrived at Le Mans around 1am but there was a major accident on the M25 which was down to one lane causing major traffic problems. It would normally take me an hour and a half, it actually took me 4 and a half hours so as you can guess I missed my ferry. Read more..

The week before the teams first test of the new bike Maco Moto Racing Team were invited to display their bike at the Bratislava Motorcyle show. As Slovkia’s only World Championship Motor Cycle Racing team they took pride of place with their brand new 2007 Yamaha R1.

With the first race of the season at Le Mans on the 21st/22nd April the team have finally confirmed their three riders for the season. All will be revealed soon so watch this space.

I finally had a phone call from the team telling me that bike was ready and could I fly out to Hungry for a couple of days testing. Three day later I was collected from Bratislava airport in Slovakia by Denisa the team manager and one of the mechanics and driven to the Pannonia Ring in Hungry. Read more..
